Edy Huang
Hello, I’m Edy, Managing Director of YOPONN, where we support small to medium-sized businesses with their admin, processes and workflow automation. Over time, this work has become more than just a job for me. It’s something I genuinely care about and think about every day.
My journey has been shaped by a range of experiences. I’ve worked across different industries, from the world of translation and interpreting, to many years in hospitality and events management, and more recently in project management.
In every role, I was able to see a wide range of processes and workflows in action. Some worked really well, while others clearly had room for improvement. But the one thing they all had in common was the amount of time and effort it took to set those processes up and keep them running. That’s how YOPONN is created to offer support that helps businesses simplify these systems, without losing valuable time or getting buried in the itty bitty bits.
